Occasionally I see new followers flash across my screen. Though I do appreciate them, to be honest, I’m not even sure where they’re following me from. Have we mistaken numbers for real connection? For the last 5000 mornings, I’ve followed something else: the wind through the trees, the silence between sunrise and thought. Out there, I found the only metrics that really matter: peace, presence and connection. In our fast track 2025 world, I’ve learned the true value is what can’t be measured, only lived.

I went into nature to get away from the noise. But what I found was my humanity.

Legend has it that Einstein who would sit on his front porch and watch the clouds go by and a universe of ideas would come flooding into his brain. I sat in nature and found a beautiful paradise around me. Most importantly, I found a life healing paradise within me, within each one of us. Those nature sessions, like Mr. Einsteins clouds, became my classroom that Being Paradise and Swimming With Gandhi & Einstein grew out of. My mind opened and cleared and the Being Paradise process came into being. ​​​
